'05 Chrysler Town and Country

Although the features an exterior quite similar to earlier models, the interior is another story altogether. The changes there take complete precedence for drivers and critics alike.

There are over fifteen brand new features implemented in the 2005 Town & Country. One of the most well known, popular features is the famed Stow ‘n Go seating, wherein owners can fold both the second row seats and the third row seats flat down into the floor.

The 2005 Town & Country is the first minivan to offer the capabilities for both sets of seats to fold down. Moreover, owners can fold the seats down one handedly, and it can take as little as half a minute to do so. The 2005 Town & Country is available in two different sizes.

Stow ‘n Go seating, however, comes standard in the LX model, the Touring model, and the Limited model. Side curtain air bags protect passengers in all three rows of seats.


'08 Chrysler Town and Country

The 2008 Chrysler Town and Country now comes standard with a lot more features than its predecessors. This especially includes safety features. More and better safety features now come standard on the 2008 Town & Country. Some of these features include but are not limited to: traction and stability control; anti-lock brakes, complete with Brake Assist; and three rows of head, curtain style air bags.

On the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Limited, parking cameras and sensors come as standard features. As an added bonus, one stand alone safety feature is a built in booster seat for children.

The 2008 Chrysler Town & Country also comes with the option of a lot more special features. Buyers even have their choice of three different interior styles. The Stow ‘n Go interior comes standard on the Touring model; the special feature here involves the seats folding into the floor, for added room and storage space. Another option is Swivel ‘n Go, wherein the seats in the second row can swivel around.

'06 Chrysler Town and Country

The 2006 Chrysler Town & Country is all about room. The 2006 minivans can seat up to seven people. Comfortable bucket seats make up the second row, while the third row features bench seating, wherein the bench can be folded with a sixty/forty split, which owners can fold down either partially or completely.

Naturally the 2006 Chrysler Town & Country comes with Stow n’ Go seating. In this model, however, the head rests do not have to be removed so that the seats can fold down. Even when the seats in the second row are upright, there are two storage bins with integrated lids for added cargo space.

Netted storage bags made to fit inside each bin come standard. Split bench tailgate seating is possible simply by flipping the third row bench rearward. The second row seats can move forward and backward, can recline, and can be moved into thirteen different positions. The third row bend reclines as well.
